Irish fillet steak served with green salad of mesclun, rocket & cucumber in balsamic dressing with roasted rosemary cubed potatoes.
Cashew & parsley crumbed chicken breasts with glazed green beans & a garden salad of avocado, spinach & fresh mango squares.
Grilled garlic prawn platter with cherry tomato & feta salad & crusty ciabatta.
Asian poached fish with shallots, honey & soy with steamed Asian greens.
